No i recently read a article about neet exam and according to him the minimum percentage is 60%(overall)and in pcb atleast 50%is required

The eligibility criteria to appear for NEET exam 2020 for an OBC or sc or st candidate is to have atleast 40% aggregates in PCB subjects.
However for a general category candidate the min. Required percentage is 50%, for a PWD category candidate 45% aggregates.
So, you're eligible for NEET exam 2020 if your total is 40% aggregates in PCB subjects.

Your overall percentage in class 12th is not considered for Neet eligibility .
Only your PCB aggregate is considered but you have  not mentioned your PCB  aggregate i.e aggregate percentage in physics chemistry and Biology

Neet eligibility  criteria says that,
to be eligible  you must have passed your 12th with English and PCB (pass in both the theory and practical )  with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th  examination  if you belong to general category or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st .

So , being from OBC category if you have at least 40% in aggregate of physics chemistry and Biology then you are eligible for Neet examination
