12th class marks aren't taken into consideration for councelling. It's just the jee mains rank or the jee advanced rank if you gave that exam. There is just a minimum percentage required in the 12th boards to be eligible to apply for the councelling

Actually you have not mention in which college you want to to get admission. But in general if you are talking about all engineering colleges, you can get seat without any jee marks, and this called direct admission. You may get direct admission in those colleges below
