First of all see that whether the amount has been reverted back to you bank account or not, if the amount has been debited at the time of transaction. And if the amount has been reverted back then you can pay again safely and ensure that you have good internet connection while doing any online transaction.

If the amount is debited but still not reverted back then please contact the respective bank and talk to the customer care and tell your issue.

Sometimes this all happen due to poor connection of network so you don't need to worry at all and don't panic your matter will get resolved soon in 4 to 5 working days if there has been a problem from the bank side.
