Hello Dear,

Don't worry, you will get your money refunded but some amount will be deducted for processing.
You will get your money back online itself process is very simple.

you can go for Spot round if you are not satisfied with the allotted college.

But for participating in spot counseling, should not be admmission in allotted college while i got admmission and fee paid. so now can i sit in spot counseling? When i drop my college and for spot counseling i am not eligible then this year destroy..!

Don't worry.
If you are sure about the spot round then go for it otherwise not leave the alloted college.
In spot round chances are less and fees is not refundable.
