Dear Student,
First of all you don't need to worry as it may take some time for your documents to be verified by the institution conducting the it, if there's any disparity found in documents or anything is missing you'll be most probably informed about it by the institution. Sometimes due to large number of applications verification gets delayed.
Hope this might help you.
