If your top twenty percentile marks is 321 out of 500 i.e. 64.2% and you have scored 60.2%. Now if you belong to general category then no matter how much you score in JEE MAIN you are not eligible for admission in any IIT/NIT/IIIT through JOSAA. However for SC/ST the requirement is either 60% or top twenty percentile. Hope it helps!
