I have passed 12th from Andhra Pradesh state. Can I get chance in Jharkhand as I belong to Jharkahand.

Your question is a bit unclear. If your question is that if you have a state quota reservation for NIT Jamshedpur, here is your answer-
As far as you are concerned with local/non-local status for jee mains, you are considered local in the state, where you have passed your 12th. So, you are considered local in Andhra pradesh. You can get a seat in Jharkhand nit if you have better score. If this is not what you aked for, feel free to ask the question again in the comment box.
