If you're planning to give JEE mains next year for the first time, then yes you're eligible to do so.

JEE main has no age restriction too.
JEE advance eligibility criteria depends upon JEE main, when you give it and how much you score.
JEE main has 3 attempts.
JEE advance has 2 attempts.
