I have passed 12th in CBSE stream but the mark was low 286.Maths-49,Physics -61,chemistry-63.what is the best course that u prefer for me.

What are your interests and passion? Think about it and pursue a course along that stream.
Engineering and Medicine aren't the only options. There are many more fields and a lot of scope too. If you are a bio student, you can go for courses like Agriculture, Fishery, Forestry, etc.
If you are a computer science student, you have various options, including B.Sc., in Non-Medicine, etc. You can develop your skills further. Knowing computer programming becomes an asset nowadays. One year diplomas and degrees can also help you develop your skills.
Animation and graphics is also a deep field with abundance of scope.
As I am not sure of the areas you are interested in, I am compelled to restrict offering much choices.
Decide your passion and choose accordingly.
