The criteria is ;-

Candidates must have passed 10+2 with 60% Marks in PCB for admission to MBBS at AFMC. Admission to PG courses such as MD & MS at AFMC is based on NEET PG. For PG Courses, applicants must have an MBBS Degree along with 1-year Internship.

Hope you are doing well.

To get admission into Armed Forces Medical College, one need to give NEET UG exam, and basing upon the cutoffs you score in that exam, you will be getting a seat in that college.

However, to be eligible for NEET UG exam, one need to score atleast 60% in their science subjects which include, Physics Biology and Chemistry. So, if you do not get this score. Then you can write the improvements exam and score more marks. The authorities will not consider about your improvements exam. The final result is the only this that matters.
