I have passed CET exam, listed in I & III round merit list but not allocated college in round I II & III round. What next? Can I get admis.?

Chances good if final CaP 4th round /Institutional round conducted in offlin emode/online mode which is generally carried out since past few years where students have good chances of conversion.
Admission will be then on merit however eligible criteria still not shared.
