Your board marks matters only till filling your NEET application. After that only your NEET marks matters. For securing a seat in medical college all you will have to do is score good marks. You need 50% marks to take up NEET application. And then you need certain cutoff for each and every category, you need to clear that cutoff for reserving a seat in medical seat. And cutoff changes every year.

Hello aspirant! Hope you are doing well! the general eligibility criteria for NEET2020 is 1. Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with PCB/Biotechnology and English as major subjects from a recognized board.
2. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 (consider aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45% So if your total is equal to or greater than above mentioned, you can easily qualify for taking NEET. So yes you are qualified
