Does the latest mark sheet have only the subjects that you have cleared on the second attempt or does it have all of them listed? If it has only the subjects that you have cleared in the second attempt then you can create a pdf by merging all the mark sheets from 1st to 5th semester.

What I mean is if you had two arrears and there is a separate mark sheet for those two alone you need to upload the old and latest ones as well. Because it should show that you have passed all the subjects.

If the latest mark sheet has all the subjects listed along with the updated score of your second attempt then upload the new one.
