You can find the student help corner on the website of IPU. You can contact the college administration from there  for any correction you want to make in your registration form.

If you are selected through your admission form, then you can directly go to the college and ask the teacher in charge to make the needful correction.

You might be asked for some additional fee to make changes but there is no need to worry about your admission. If your graduation marks are low compared to the cut off of the college, then there are chances of your admission getting cancelled.
