I have qualified JEE Mains 2018 from OBC-NCL category but not have certificate. Can I fill up JEE Advance 2018 form ?

Yes you can fill form without changing your category to general , Just mention in the starting that you will upload obc certificate before 5 June , Then you can issue ur certificate easily before 5 , And one more thing is that while uploading documents it will ask for obc certificate than you have to upload a declaration certificate , you can fount thay certificate on jee advance same website in CERTIFICATE FORMATS > OBC-NCL > OBC DECLARATION
