With an OBC-NCL rank of 70,000–80,000, getting an MBBS or BDS seat in government medical colleges is very unlikely due to much higher cutoffs. BDS cutoffs are slightly lower but still rarely reach this rank.

You may have better chances in private colleges or deemed universities, often through management quota but with higher fees. Exploring.
