Dear Wani, if you are from Jammu and Kashmir and have been issued a RBA certificate, the reservation is applicable only for Jammu and Kashmir. There is no such option as RBA that you can select in NEET form. Please fill in the NEET form as under general category and at the time of counselling, please produce your RBA certificate to avail he benefits. Mention your category as RBA during counselling.
