The cutoffs will be declared ny NTA after the April session of JEE Mains 2019. Since this year JEE Mains is being conducted 2 times in a year and best of the two attempts will be considered therefore only after the April exam the qualifying cutoff will be known. However last year the cutoff for OBC- NCL was 45.
There are quite many criterion to be eligible for JEE Advanced two of them being that you must pass 10+2 with a minimum of 75% aggregate. Also you must qualify JEE Mains and secure a position among the top 2,24,000 to sit for JEE Advanced.
