510 is a nice score but whether you will get admission or not in a government college can only be predicted once you get your ranking. For now wait for the results and once you get your ranking check your aiq rank and state rank. They will tell as which colleges can be given. 

And as far as I know there is no reservation in NEET for paramilitary wards. In some private colleges you may find it. But for that you need to go through different college's website.
