After a lot analyzing the previous year STPI or SPI cutoffs for ld engineering college ,a diploma holder needs a minimum of 18 stpi to get admission there if you are a general candidate. If sebc , it can reach to 17 stpi , but there are rare chances of reaching it to 16 for sebc category.. Rest all depends upon the number of seats available and the number of applicants.
