I have scored 221 marks in UG NEET 2018 I'm from karnataka and eligible for Kannada medium quota and I belonged to category 1 can I get

This score is not enough to get a government MBBS seat. You can try for private colleges or deemed universities. Also, you can go for BAMS, BUMS, BDS etc. Although, chances won't be much there either.
