I have scored 270 marks in neet and i belong to sc category so is there any chance of getting bhms or bams seat for free or in low fees in any college?

With 270 marks in SC category, you have quite a few chance to get through All India Quota.
As you have not mentioned your rank here, I would like you to try for state counselling for BHMS seat. There are chances that you will get a college seat
