I have scored 30.15 in jee main, am i eligible for jee advance?Can i get any engineering colleges

Your percentile score is too low.With this percentile is will be not easy to get any engineering college with jee mains seat allocation program.Cuttoff percentile are going to expect around 85.You are far away from this.
