I have scored 413 marks in NEET 2019 under OBC.I have applied for BAMS All India government quota seat. Is there any chance in Round 2?

If we consider the previous year cutoffs for Bams course under AIQ , then being an obc candidate even your chances are very low to get a seat in any government college in round 2. Either you can wait for the further rounds of counselling. Or , if your state conducts a separate state counselling for AYUSH courses , then you can apply for state counselling in your state.
