I have scored 463 marks in Neet I want to know that can I get a mbbs seat in all India in low budget approx 25-30lakhs

Maybe it depends on college which you go. Someof them selection of mbbs for written exam by some private college and university. If you pass you will get seek in the admission in it.

Firstly congratulations for your wonderful score in NEET examination.
As per your question i do understand your situation.
Every year cutoff for govt. MBBS college is set at 550+ so, you are not eligible for getting a govt. MBBS college.
No private college in INDIA will admit a student at this low fees.
Only donations cost lakhs to crore, forgrt about thrir fees.
