hey Anubhav,seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were confused about their colleges .Since you have domicile so with this score you may have chances of getting govt. medical college khandwa and ratlam seeing , maybe in second round of counselling if you belong to general category otherwise you may get selected in 1st round too if you belong to sc or st category.
