Dear Saubhagya Sinha , neet ug 2019 question paper was easy if you compare it with the previous year papers , as you already know the merit depends upon the difficulty level of the paper, as this year's paper was easy, the merit would be high . 

565 is a very nice score and you can surely get seat through state counseling , just don't miss any counseling, attend every counseling. You can get semi government college easily and for government just attend the counseling.

565 Marks In NEET Exam is a Very good score. It would be difficult to tell you the exact Chances as Cut Off varies Every year. It depends on various factors Such as Home State and Category. However with 565 Marks you have good chances of getting any Government college.
