I have scored. 58.65 marks in clat my All India rank is 19629 .my SC rank is 650 .can I get admission in RMNLU

You have a got a very good rank its really good to see that. But i would like to tell you that you wont get RMNLU.
Some of the other colleges that you can get with your SC rank are NLU bhopal,NLU Ranchi, Tamil Nadu law School.
