Even I have got 88 marks in NEET UG should I apply for counseling for admission in bams college also last year I got 136 will I be able to take admission through last year marks

So with regard to your query, NO, it is really difficult for you to get seat in the BAMS course , because your marks are really less. You can either try for the short term or long term coaching or else you can apply through management quota. These are various colleges providing you this quota, but the fee is  really high.
