I have scored 71 percent in my 12th board(2023-2024) but I need to get 75 percent for jee mains/ advanced so I attended cbse improvement exam but I could increase my score to only 74 percent. Can I take another improvement exam in next year (2024-2025)

Yes, you can take the CBSE improvement exam again in the next session to further improve your score.
