Hello Rishikesh.
Your percentile is too low for getting a government college like Nit or gfti . I suggest you to go for private colleges through management quota. I believe you can explore yourself better in any college in any branch of your interest.
In order to know which college you can get you should visit college predictor for Jee mains of C360.
