In 2019 the cut off for admission to B.Com (//B.Com) (Hons) in Hans Raj College for OBC category in round 1 was 96% and and in round 6 was 89.75%. Considering this you may not get seat in first round of counselling but if you participate in further rounds you may have chances of getting seat. But cut off does not remain the same every year, it changes depending on total number of candidates applied, number of seat available, marks scored etc. It may increase or decrease.
