With a score of 506, you are in a tough spot because the cut off for previous year was atleast 508 in state Quota for general categort student to secure a government medical College and also the cut off fluctuates each year. So you may not get govt medical College though you can get Government dental college

I am sorry to tell you dear but even after scoring 506 marks you will not get a seat in government medical college as last year lowest marks that fetched a seat under state quota for general category was 508 and it was for  Government Medical College and Hospital, Balangir.

With a score of 506 in the general category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 508 was required to fetch one a seat in the government medical college and hospital, Balangir in general category under the state quota. But, unfortunately the corresponding rank was around 18,600.
