i have secured 35k rank in manipal entrance examination 2020, can i get civil engg ?

Prediction of seat allocation is hard because the rank depends on 60% marks score in MET and 40% marks scored in PCM in class 12 but in 2019 and earlier than that the rank was solely based on marks score in MET. So the previous years cut off cannot be taken into consideration and compare the cut off to predict the chances. You have not mentioned your category but it is difficult to get a seat in civil engineering if you belong to general category. If you belong to reserved category you may have slight chances of getting seat.
