With your score of 482 in general category in NEET 2019 you don't have much chances of getting a seat in Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. You need to have a score of 500+ to get a seat there. As you belong to UP you have a chance in one government college according to the last year cutoff. The cutoff of last year was 469 in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow. You have not enough marks for MBBS in Kasturba medical college. Sri Devraj URS Medical college also won't take student with you rank for MBBS program. JSS colleges 2018 cutoff was 368 marks so you have a very good chance for admission in that.
