Hello Jinugu,
Yes, you are eligible for JEE Mains Councelling. Since cutoff for General Category Candidate is 74 marks and you have scored 91 marks so you are qualified for JEE Advance and JEE Mains Councelling.
You can use JEE Mains college tool to predict you chance for various college.
