I have studied in Goa from 1 to 10th . now if my father is transferred in karnataka and I m doing my 11th and 12th in karnataka. am I eligible to appear in kcet

Hello.
As per the eligibility criteria a candidate need to passed his/her 10 +  2 with physics and Mathematics as a compulsory subject and to be eligible a candidate need to be studied from the state institute of Karnataka for a minimum period of seven years, so with this you don't have 7 year minimum period of  study in Karnataka so you are not eligible.
