i have studied in Karnataka for 12 years and i belong to obc 2A category. does that means i belong to 2A karnataka or 2A general. also my income is less than 1lakh 20 thousand so i am eligible for snq quota. i have scored 275 in puc and 92 on 180 in kcet. what are my chances of securing a seat

for SNQ Quota, yes you are eligible for SNQ as your family income is less than 8 lakhs and also as you have completed PUC in Karnataka and you have written KCET, so you can apply for SNQ quota which gives fee concession in private colleges.
Coming to your score of 92 in KCET and 276 in PUC, your rank may lie between 20k to 40k approximately, Hence, you have good chances of getting good branches in average or rural colleges are good. But for top govt. colleges or Tier1 private colleges, you may not get high - demand branches like CSW or ECE.
