I have study BA history honours in graduation level am i eligible to study MA in History honours in BHU?

Hello,
Since you have History Honours, the only eligibility criteria you need to follow is a minimum of 50% in your graduation, excluding those subjects which require only passing marks and are not included in the final marksheet. If you have it, you are eligible for the BHU entrance test for 2020. All the best!
