I have submitted my JEE main 2019 application form but while fee payment it the server was down so now how can I pay the fees??

The servers get down when there is a technical issue or there is heavy traffic in the server(many users at a time).

So don't worry,  just try if frequent until you get,  if there is any technology issue, they will sort it out as soon as possible.
