It is possible to correct, be in contact with website and a particular time period will be allowed for correction in coming days.

Yes you will be able to correct the photograph or signature during the correction window. Besides that it's also mentioned in NEET 2018 information bulletin that you will also be intimated about the correction in photograph through SMS or email on registered mobile number and email id.
