Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as it is necessary to register with N.E.E.t counselling so that you can get admissions in medical courses as you have not registered in counselling in procedure so getting admissions in government medical colleges will be difficult.

No you cannot get admission in BHMS course without counselling because NEET UG counselling is the only way to get admission into BHMS course either for state colleges or for central colleges.

But for NEET UG 2021, now the counselling is over and now you cannot get admission through NEET UG 2021 score so if you have not got any seat or if you did not appear for NEET UG 2021 counselling then you should appear for NEET UG 2022 because now you cannot take part in counselling as a fresh candidate.
