I have the withdrawal receipt of ipu but is there any way I can cancel my withdrawal ?

Hello student After depositing of Part Academic Fees, if a candidate wishes to withdraw the admission against the allotted seat, he/she can apply for withdrawal within the specified date, an amount of Rs.3000/- shall be deducted and the balance amount shall be refunded.
