I have to check my NEET (UG) 2019 result but I have lost my Admit Card. There is no email from NTA containing admit card. what should I do?

As per query, I feel you should have been careful in keeping your admit card at a safe place until your result was declared.
At this stage I suggest go to the website and try to recover your account and download the admit card or you can check your desktop under the folder downloads, you might just have it there.
