If you are planning to start for competitive exam in bank sector, you can start now. Next bank exams will start from May for SBI, and for IBPS PO in Oct and IBPS in December. For preparing IBPS you don't need to go to any other place you can start on your own. Self study is the best, but if you want to go for coaching you can search the best bank coaching in the city you live. Even after that if you feel you want to go to any of the above city then I will recommend Delhi for that. In Delhi you will get an environment to fight for competitive examination. Delhi has good number of bank institutes which provide good coaching facilities. I hope it will be helpful for you.
