If you updated all your details like scanned signature within the specified time i.e in between October 8 - October 14 then it will be surely updated. Don't worry about that. Infact you can also check your JEE mains application form by entering the respective login id and password in the NTA website.

You will be notified if your scanned signature or photo doesn't meet specifications or if it's rejected but you can check it also by logging in into your ID with the password given at the time of the application form was applied in the official website of JEE Main.

There, you can check if your desired image has been uploaded or not.
