According to the FAQs in JEE website
"Gen-EWS/SC/ ST/OBC (NCL)/ PwD candidates are required to upload original certificate as per prescribed formats by the competent authority of their respective State"
Now if we go by this the document you uploaded is valid and abides by their rules. Hence they don't have a reason to cancel your result. Even if your certificate was invalid you would have been considered general category candidate.
