Hello reader. 

It's absolutely not an issue to be worried about. NEET just ask for a recent color photograph of yours. As you will look exactly same in both the photographs you have submitted so it hardly matters if it's a different picture in sense of clothes. 

What actually matters is that it should be the recent one and of the size required by them.
