I have valid gate score card and I'm a schedule caste but I'm not a AP people, so can a non local schedule caste student apply APPGECET.

Few Central Universities conduct there own exams and few consider GATE scores too. Most of the State University doesn’t get GATE qualified students, therefore they conduct their own written test and interview.
