Though you should have avoided this mistake at the time of registration keeping in mind that there is no correction window but this is not a very big issue. At the time of document verification during the counselling, mainly your personal details would be verified with your documents and certificates. As your mother's initial name would be same while the registration and the documents it should not cause any issue but for more clarification you can carry a self attested affidavit claiming that both the persons are the same and mistake happened due to some negligence. This should be supported with relevant documents of your mother and certificates.
